  Phenomenal selection and great service from staff. The inclusion of interactive floor models is a great idea.
  3 stars because the layout is chaotic at best, with little regard for sections or branding. Compared to other tile places I've been to, I felt overwhelmed at Jacoba, with a seemingly endless parade of options ultimately leading to headache. This problem is further magnified by the poor lighting; at one point, I was forced to use my phone's flashlight to read the label or a tile.
  Ultimately, Jacoba presents a good shopping experience hindered mostly by poor presentation.

  Very good range of tiles. Very competitive prices - Jacoba Tiles provided a better price than several other tiles stores that we went to for the same (or similar) tiles. Staff were always friendly and very help, and they were very patient with us. Saturdays are very busy, but once you are attended by a staff member, they give you their undivided attention.
  In the end, the tiles for our new build were all sourced from Jacoba and it was a very smooth process.
  I would highly recommend Jacoba Tiles, we have had a very positive experience with them.
